The rehabilitation is a big need and challenge for the country and rehabilitation of retired soldiers is more challenging for the Government as well as for the Society. Most of the soldiers at the time of retirement have numerous unfinished domestic responsibilities, which constrain them to choose second occupation or another career to fulfill his social responsibilities.

Regular supply chain is a big need and challenge. It is decided that on the basis of interest and application being received from all states from the force personnel, a Depot will declare for 300 kms area for supply to provide supply twice in month. For starting new Depot in any area, minimum 30 ASC application is required. We have already 2400+ application in hand and various depot is likely to start soon.
During April 2015, Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.) founded Chairman Mr. Puran Chand Arya, Ex-CRPF. With MBA qualification having experience of 10 years CRPF filed service and 11 years at Resettlement & Welfare Directorate, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and during this period help and process to implement CPC, WARB, Ex-gratia to disabled soldiers and various other welfare schemes proposed for welfare of paramilitary personnel. The main objective is to create various jobs and business opportunities to help, guide and settle the retired soldiers and their family members.
