ASC OPENING PROCESS: 5 STEPS

Rehabilitation process for the allotment will be as under:

  • Register at our website www.ArdhSainikCanteen.com or apply by post with Rs.5000/- registration-cum-donation fee also submit ID Proof of force, Aadhar, PAN Card.
  • Signing of agreement depositing of security/stock advance.
  • Survey of space/shop for ASC Store and issue of allotment.
  • Up gradation of space/shop. (Interior decoration, Computer, CCTV and other installation)
  • Supply of product and opening of Ardh Sainik Canteen.
DUTIES-BENEFITS FOR BENEFICIARY:
  • Duty - Received stock as per invoice.
  • Duty - Sale and raise bill for all sales.
  • Duty - Keep all stock safe and secure.
  • Duty - Deposit amount as per stock demand.
  • Benefit – Entitled for Retail profit.

SECURITY / STOCK ADVANCE
Applicant would require to be deposited as Security and stock advance for stock of Canteen.
i) ASC Regular - upto 400 sq. ft. Rs. 6,50,000-00
ii) ASC Standard – 401 to 600 sq. ft. Rs. 9,50,000-00
iii) ASC Mega – 600 to 1000 sq. ft. Rs. 12,50,000-00
iv) ASC Super Store – 1000 sq. ft. and above Rs. 21,00,000-00 upto 50 Lakhs
Costing of Interior designing and infra, Posh Machine, CCTV will be extra as per actual expenditure.
SUPPLY CHAIN PLAN MANAGMENT: DEPOT WISE

Regular supply chain is a big need and challenge. It is decided that on the basis of interest and application being received from all states from the force personnel, a Depot will declare for 300 kms area for supply to provide supply twice in month. For starting new Depot in any area, minimum 30 ASC application is required. We have already 2400+ application in hand and various depot is likely to start soon.

During April 2015, Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.) founded Chairman Mr. Puran Chand Arya, Ex-CRPF. With MBA qualification having experience of 10 years CRPF filed service and 11 years at Resettlement & Welfare Directorate, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and during this period help and process to implement CPC, WARB, Ex-gratia to disabled soldiers and various other welfare schemes proposed for welfare of paramilitary personnel. The main objective is to create various jobs and business opportunities to help, guide and settle the retired soldiers and their family members.
