Income Opportunity – Revenue Model

Estimated DDC Turnover and Margin Sharing

  1. Step-1: Target ₹1 Crore per DDC per month through B2B + B2C orders.
  2. Step-2: Target Gross Margin
    - Margin: 15% of turnover
    - Gross Earnings: ₹15 Lakhs/month on ₹1 Cr turnover
  3. Step-3: DDC Expense Entitlement (25% of Gross Margin)
    - Entitled Operational Expense: ₹3.75 Lakhs/month
  4. Step-4: DDC Profit Sharing (80% of Net Margin)
    - Net Margin (NM): ₹15 Lakhs – ₹3.75 Lakhs = ₹11.25 Lakhs

Display & Branding Income

Each MSME manufacturer contributes ₹4,000 per month for:

=> With 50 manufacturers onboarded, potential branding income = ₹1 Lakhs/month.

Incentive on new store registration

Entitled for Rs.5000/- on each new store agreement in the District.

Registration Process

1. Apply Online via www.IndianMSME.org under 'DDC Registration'.
2. Submit required documents (Business registration, infrastructure, bank details).
3. Sign agreement & pay nominal registration fee.
4. Upon approval, setup and launch with HO support.

Investment Overview

The investment for an ASM DDC franchise is strategically divided as follows:
