State Business Manager (SBM)

We are inviting applications from visionary investors to become shareholder-cum-State Business Partner (SBP) in the Ardh Sainik Mall DDC (District Distribution and Display Centre) network — a unique and socially driven hybrid retail-distribution model under the aegis of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.)

Investment Overview

• Minimum Investment: ₹1 Crore (for 1% Equity in ASC Distributor Pvt. Ltd.)
• Coverage: One full state (or up to 40 District DDCs in case of big state)
• Exclusive representation of IndianMSME.org and Ardh Sainik Mall DDC in the allocated state.

Income Opportunity

• Estimated State Turnover (40 DDCs): ₹480 Cr/year (Target is 1 Cr per DDC per month).
• Target Gross Margin: ₹72 Cr @ 15%
• After Expenses of DDC (25% of GM): ₹54 Cr Balance Net Margin (NM)
• After profit sharing of DDC (80% of NM): ₹10.83 Cr Balance Actual Net Margin
• State Business Manager (SBM) Share: 5% of Actual Net Margin (Approx. ₹54 Lakh/annual)

Early Bird Incentive cum Investment Refund Plan

Early bird incentive cum investment refund offer is available for the initial investor. An incentive of Rs 5,000 will be released for each new canteen store opening in his allocated area of the DDC. The maximum capping of this incentive is equal to the invested amount only.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support DDC District franchise partners
• Promote IndianMSME.org registration of sellers and buyers
• Ensure marketing and training rollout in coordination with HO
• Coordinate in the setup of Ardh Sainik Canteens and Village Canteens stores chain
• Share monthly progress report with the HO digital panel

• State-specific dashboard and ERP integration
• Staff onboarding training and backend support
• Branded materials, video tutorials, circulars, and updates
